Market Summary:
In this video, I review the market’s positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the biggest negative is that growth stocks are in a correction and it’s going to take some time for them to build bases and recover. My conclusion is the same as it has been in recent videos: Defense until we see better price action. I prefer to trade SUSTAINED uptrends and right now the price action is too volatile and choppy. My instincts tell me that we won’t see the next power trend until the Fall, so I prefer to wait patiently for better setups. As always, I will be open-minded and continue to monitor the market’s price action. For now, defense means lighter positions and a higher cash position until conditions in the growth world improve.
