Market Summary:
I view the price action this week as a normal pullback within the overall uptrend. As I mentioned in recent videos, when the Nasdaq gets extended from its 21-day moving average, it’s easy to have recency bias and think that the market will never come down. However, we have to keep in mind that when the index gets approximately 4% extended from its 21-day, it runs a high probability of a pullback or at least some sideways digestion. The good news is that the pullback on Tuesday and Wednesday came on lighter and lighter volume, showing there was not any heavy distribution from the big institutions. Also, many of the leading growth stocks continue to act well. They just need some time to digest their recent gains. In this video, I review many of them and remind members to stay focused on the best, and to also be patient and wait for proper entry points. Do NOT chase extended stocks!
