Market Summary:
As I discuss in this video, it’s too early to tell if this is the start of a bigger correction or just a shakeout within the overall uptrend. Rather than guess or make any hasty decisions, I prefer to wait for more clarity. I did reduce my exposure today (I sold 5 positions that I discuss in this video), but I’m also trying to stick with my winners that I have strong entry points in, and that are still above support. If the selling stabilizes and we resume higher, I feel some of the stronger names will also continue higher. If the selling continues, then I will continue to reduce my exposure. As always, you should make your OWN decisions based on your timeframe, risk tolerance, and overall plan. The most important thing is that you have SOME FORM of a loss cutting policy in case the market sees more distribution. Overall, please remember the guidelines during these uptrends.
