Here is the link to my CNBC appearance from earlier today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH8rjmOA-HI
Some stocks near buyable ranges:
1) Energy: OXY (huge bullish July option activity in OXY on Wednesday), also SLB, BKR and MUR (all near their 21-day moving averages).
2) Steel: ATI (starting to move out of its recent range), CENX (found support on its 10-week this week, you can use that area 24.50 as a stop).
3) Cybersecurity: PANW is the leader (use the 21-day as your guide), RDWR (you can trade against the 30 level, meaning use that as your stop).
4) Medical related: HRMY (you can use this week’s shakeout low as a stop 46.79), CORT (use the 10-week as your stop).
5) Others showing tight, low volume consolidations: FLR, EXR
I’m glad to see some recently mentioned stocks working out well for members (such as PRCT, SRRA, and IPI). As I’ve discussed, there are still many stocks acting well, which is why I’m defensive but not overly bearish on this market. Good luck today and see you Saturday for the next video.
