Market Summary:
Some members emailed me that they are getting frustrated with the recent price action. I would like to repeat that this recent pullback is normal. I mentioned in the past several videos that we were a little extended on the Nasdaq Composite and that September is traditionally a volatile time of the year. In other words, don’t get frustrated and stick to your plan. I’m doing my best to build calm, confident traders and overall, the market is just having a normal pullback. If you are a longer-term investor, then get those strong entry points and deal with a little volatility. If you are a shorter-term or tactical trader, I mentioned many strong stocks in last week’s MidWeek Video (9/8/21) that you could buy on pullbacks. So far, many of them pulled back to logical support levels and have bounced.

I am still expecting volatility until the end of the month. There is a Fed meeting coming up next week (9/22) and we still have to get through any end-of-the-quarter portfolio rebalancing. After that, I am bullish into year-end for the reasons I’ve discussed in recent videos. One of those reasons is sentiment. Every time we have these normal pullbacks, there’s a spike in put buying and overall fear. As long as that happens, it’s tough to see sustained downside because the market likes to fool the majority. Again, just be patient during this seasonally weak time and stay mentally tough. There are many stocks acting well, and when stronger entry points show up, I will present them to you. Good luck for the remainder of the week and remember to stay focused on the best stocks out there!
