Market Summary:
As I’ve mentioned since early May, we’re in a power trend, so don’t over complicate things. When I say “use the 21-day as your guide,” please keep in mind that we can correct though price or through time when the index gets extended. For example, the Nasdaq Composite pulled back through price on 6/20, 6/21, and 6/24, while the S&P 500 went sideways (due to the incredible sector rotation) and mostly corrected through time over those same three days. Strong sector rotation is the hallmark of a bull market, and it’s actually healthy to see once in a while.

From here, we can still continue sideways over the next week or two, especially because we have another holiday in the middle of the week next week. In other words, volume will be light and many people will be away, so I’m not expecting anything crazy in either direction. If we do see a pullback, I don’t see anything severe or sustained. We’re likely to see the strength continue as we head into the seasonally strong period during the first three weeks of July. Again, I will always take this day-by-day, but for now, I’m not going to overthink things and I’m doing my best to stay focused on the growth leaders. As soon as I determine the date for the next webinar, I will let everyone know. Thank you and good luck for the remainder of the week.
