Market Summary:
Keep things simple. We’re in a strong uptrend and I expect it to continue into year-end. Will we have shakeouts and pullbacks along the way? Of course. That’s where getting strong entry points can help you deal with some normal volatility along the way. The reason I remain bullish is that not much has changed from my Q4 Outlook that I presented in the beginning of October. The technicals are strong, the Fed is on our side, the seasonality is favorable, and, most importantly, the price action of stocks remains strong. Sentiment is definitely getting a little heated, and that’s why we will have pullbacks along the way…to keep the bulls in check.

The main thing I want members to do is focus on the strongest stocks out there. In my videos, I do my best to present many of the leading stocks and sectors. It’s ok to speculate with a portion of your portfolio, but the majority should be focused on the strongest stocks and ETFs. As always, if any position turns against you, it’s important to stick to a loss cutting discipline. Also, taking profits are decisions to be made based on if you’re a trader or investor. Making these decisions on your own and based on your investment objectives will help you to build confidence in the long-run. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and good luck trading next week!
