Market Summary:
Two current positives in the market: The Fed and there’s very little distribution. Two negatives: The indexes are getting a little extended and some sentiment measures are showing extreme bullishness. The way I reconcile this is by defaulting to the price action of stocks. While going through my screens this weekend, I was surprised at the number of stocks showing strong entry points or offering decent pullback buys. It’s really tough to fight this strong trend right now, but I also don’t want members to get complacent. In other words, know your timeframe and stick to your discipline. Focus on getting strong entry points and don’t chase extended stocks. I am going to continue with my strategy of taking profits into strength and having some cash available for the inevitable pullbacks. If you have any questions, please ask them during the next webinar which is Sunday, January 24, at 11AM EST. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
