8) 32:40 Conclusion/Summary

Market Summary:
After the April 8th follow through day, the price action has been strong. For the most part, we’ve seen the markets consolidate on light volume, there’s been minimal distribution, the major indexes continue to hold their key moving averages, we’ve seen additional days of accumulation, and, most importantly, many growth stocks continue to act well. These are all positive signs of the institutions continuing to support the market, and it is being driven by the four secular growth themes that I’ve been highlighting since the beginning of the year: 1) Aerospace/Defense 2) Semiconductors 3) Data Center related and 4) Biotech.

As I discussed in recent videos, over the past two weeks we’ve seen a minor consolidation. Overall, while going through my screens, the price action in growth stocks is so strong that it makes me think we can continue higher (with minimal downside) into the June OpEx and into the SpaceX IPO. As always, I will take this day-by-day but I’m not going to overcomplicate things or overthink things right now. Keep it simple!

Remember my main guidelines during power trends: 1) Use the 21-day as your guide. In other words, if we are extended from this level, don’t be surprised to see minor pullbacks through price and/or through time. 2) Expose yourself to strong stocks and ETFs. There are plenty of ideas in these videos. 3) Get strong entry points near the 21-day and 50-day moving averages. 4) Manage your trades as best as possible based on your timeframe, risk tolerance, and overall investment plan. I can give guidelines, but ultimately, you need to decide what position size to use, the number of positions to own, when to take profits, and where to set your stop losses. If you have any questions, you can ask them during the next LIVE webinar which will be this Monday, June 1 at 7PM EST. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
