Market Summary:
One theme I consistently talk about is using a Friday decisive close below the 10-week as a suggested stop. The reason I suggest waiting until Friday is that often times, the market and individual stocks will have shakeouts below this key level early in the week, and then recover to close above it by the end of the week. I bring this up because it happened this past week with the Nasdaq Composite, the S&P 500, and many growth stocks (some of which I highlight in this video). Why does this happen? Because the market is not designed to be easy. It constantly wants stop people out and create doubt through shakeouts, pullbacks and corrections. One way to combat this is to use lighter positions and expand your timeframe. Also, getting strong entry points can give you a cushion to help deal with this volatility.
How did I handle the shakeout this past week? As I mentioned in the MidWeek Video, I reduced my exposure from approximately 90% invested down to 60% by Wednesday, and when the price action improved later in the week, I finished the week approximately 80% invested. In this video, I explain this in more detail. From here, I’m going to do my best to shut out the noise and manage my positions as best as possible. Overall, I think this uptrend will continue until approximately mid-February but it won’t be straight up. We will continue to have shakeouts along the way, just like the one we had this week. That’s why it is very important to know your timeframe and stick to a plan that works with your overall investment plan. Thank you and enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

Immunovant (IMVT) late strength off lows on 12/18 as unusual 1000 July $30 calls bought $4.48 to $4.60. The action follows a 12/11 purchase of 1500 May $30 calls and 625 January $26 calls. IMVT short interest at 8.6% of the float is down from 13% in May. IMVT shares have seen strong accumulation since October and making multi-month highs. IMVT was highlighted as a M&A target in a 10/30 Betaville report.
Immunovant is developing fully human monoclonal antibodies that block the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn), which normally recycles IgG antibodies; inhibiting FcRn accelerates IgG clearance and reduces pathogenic autoantibodies in a wide range of autoimmune diseases. Batoclimab is the first‑generation FcRn antibody; it achieves deep IgG lowering but can affect LDL cholesterol and albumin at higher doses. IMVT‑1402 is a next‑generation FcRn inhibitor designed to match batoclimab’s deep IgG reductions while having minimal impact on LDL and albumin, which could support broader and more chronic use. Batoclimab has delivered positive results in several immune‑mediated diseases. These results underpin the core thesis that very deep IgG lowering (≥70%) can drive robust and durable responses in autoantibody diseases, which Immunovant expects IMVT‑1402 to match or exceed with a cleaner safety profile. The broader FcRn market is expected to grow from about US$2.36 billion in 2025 to US$3.37 billion by 2035, spanning neurology, rheumatology, endocrinology, dermatology, hematology, renal, and other areas; differentiation on depth and durability of IgG lowering, safety, and convenience will be critical.
IMVT has a $5.27B market cap and trades 10.1X Cash as a clinical-stage biotech. Management has stated this cash provides runway through key Graves’ disease readouts expected in 2027 for the currently announced indications. In December 2025, Immunovant announced a $550 million stock offering at $21 per share, backed by majority owner Roivant Sciences. Citi has a $57 target seeing blockbuster potential for IMVT-1402.
