Market Summary:
The big institutions started to come back in the market aggressively towards the end of April, and since then, the market has stair-stepped higher in a healthy manner. In addition, during this time, we’ve seen very little distribution, and the price action of growth stocks continues to improve. Again, do your best to shut out the noise and focus on making money during this power trend. Power trends tend to last 6-12 weeks, so hopefully this can take us into mid-July with normal pullbacks along the way. As always, I will take this day-by-day and update you in these videos if anything major changes.

Remember the main guidelines during power trends: 1) Use the 21-day as your guide. In other words, if we are extended from this level, don’t be surprised to see minor pullbacks through price and/or through time. 2) Expose yourself to strong stocks and ETFs. Between the Focus List and the other stocks, there are plenty of ideas in these videos. 3) Get strong entry points near the 21-day and 50-day moving averages. 4) Manage your trades as best as possible based on your timeframe, risk tolerance, and overall investment plan. I can give guidelines, but ultimately, you need to decide what position sizes to use, the number of positions to own, when to take profits, and where to set your stop losses. If you have questions, you can ask them during the next live webinar, which will be this Saturday, June 14th at 11AM EST. Thank you and good luck this week.
