Market Summary:
Over the past 3-4 weeks, I’ve been emphasizing “defense, defense, defense.” Why? The major indexes are below their 50-day moving averages (most are also below their 200-days), and the price action of stocks is very poor. From here, I would like to see 5 things in order to feel more confident that a new SUSTAINED uptrend might be coming: 1) Signs that the selling is slowing down. 2) One (preferably two) follow through days (FTD). 3) The major indexes to regain their 50-day. 4) The price action of stocks to improve. 5) Sentiment to get washed out. Again, this will take time to develop, but in the meantime, I will keep curating a list of stocks holding up well and observe how they act.

I received a great question from a member saying “by the time all this develops, it will be too late.” In this video, I address this question with a few examples. The bottom line is that once the price action improves, there will be PLENTY of time to make money. The key right now is to remain patient and show discipline until conditions improve. Even though the selling has slowed down, we still haven’t seen a valid FTD on the Nasdaq Composite or the S&P 500. If you are going to trade anything, please keep positions light, give yourself a chance by trading stocks/ETFs that are showing relative strength, and don’t forget to get strong entry points. Again, please don’t get complacent with the major indexes still below their 200-day moving averages. If you have any questions, you can ask them during the next LIVE webinar, which will be this Monday, March 24th at 7PM EST. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Bloom Energy analyst note from MSCO. We believe BE’s solid oxide fuel cell technology will be a key AI enabler as it is one of the key de-bottlenecking solutions for the power grid, which we estimate is facing a 42 GW shortfall by ’28. We are increasing our price target to $35 and believe our $60 bull case is in play. We estimate a 42 GW power shortfall in the US for data centers being developed through 2028, which in our view will require a portfolio of behind-the-meter distributed generation solutions to avoid the multi-year wait times for grid connection – we expand on the power shortfall and solutions later in the note. We believe Bloom’s fuel cell is an obvious solution to be included in a menu of options available to prospective customers, which should in our view, drive significant volume growth for the company from 2025-2028 (and beyond).
