8) 40:10 Conclusion/Summary

Market Summary:
In recent videos, I discussed how the market could digest its gains through price and/or through time. After the election surge, it did both. It first went sideways for a few days (digesting through time), and then dropped down to its 21-day EMA (digesting through price). That’s why I mentioned to show patience and discipline, especially if you were looking to buy new positions or add to existing ones. Throughout this entire video, I constantly repeat the concept of getting STRONG ENTRY POINTS. No matter your timeframe, please focus on buying near support areas and please DO NOT chase extended stocks. From here, I’m not expecting any significant downside into year-end. Just normal price action. Of course, the move will not be straight up, and if anything major changes in my view, I will update you in these videos.

Remember the main guidelines during power trends: 1) Use the 21-day as your guide. In other words, if we are extended from this level, don’t be surprised to see minor pullbacks through price or through time. 2) Expose yourself to strong stocks and ETFs. I present plenty of ideas in these videos. 3) Get strong entry points near the 21-day and 50-day moving averages. 4) Stick to your stops. Just because it’s a bull market, it doesn’t mean EVERY trade is going to work. You still have to manage risk. 5) Manage your trades as best as possible based on your timeframe. I can give guidelines, but ultimately, you need to decide what position sizes to use, the number of positions to own, and when to take profits. If you have any questions, you can ask them during the next LIVE webinar, which will be this Monday, November 18th at 7PM EST. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
