Market Summary:
November started with incredible technical strength. Now, we are in the digestion phase. I would like to see the market consolidate down to its 21-day over the next week or two, but the market doesn’t care what I think. So, let’s think through some scenarios. What if the market doesn’t consolidate and we just continue higher? That’s possible, but we’ve already started the consolidation the past several days. If the market doesn’t pullback further, I’m invested enough that I will hopefully participate. What if the market does reach its 21-day? That would be healthy price action in my view, and an opportunity to put money to work if you are looking to do so. Either way, I still expect the pullbacks to be shallow, and the dips to be bought into mid-January.

The game plan remains the same: 1) Focus on the strongest stocks and ETFs that you can find. 2) Get strong entry points. 3) Manage your trades as best as possible. This last point is up to you. I encourage members to make decisions based on your timeframe and overall investment objectives. If you want to take partial or full profits on a position, that is no problem. However, if a position turns against you, please stick to a loss-cutting discipline. My suggestion is to use a Friday decisive close below the 10-week as your guide. Thank you and good luck for the remainder of the week.
