Market Summary:
In this video, I review two positives and two negatives in the market. Positives: 1) Most of the major indexes are back above their 50-day moving averages. 2) Sentiment is still muted, as many people are very negative and doubting this rally so far. Negatives: 1) The Fed is still raising rates. Hopefully, we will get a little more clarity after their meeting this Wednesday. 2) Not enough stocks are setting up. I would like to see broader participation from sectors other than Biotech and Medical Products.

The conclusion is the same: be patient and stay defensive. I have no problem with people keeping light exposure to some of the strongest stocks and sectors, but be patient and give time for the market to prove itself better. Ideally, we would like to see a sideways consolidation this week with minimal distribution. As always, if you are going to trade: 1) Give yourself a shot with some of the strongest stocks out there. 2) Get strong entry points. 3) Keep positions light. 4) Manage risk. Thank you and enjoy the remainder of your weekend!
