Market Summary:
Many people are asking me about buying stocks. Personally, I am going to remain patient until we see healthier market conditions. However, I also realize that there are some opportunities and people want to trade. In this video, I suggest a few guidelines if you are going to trade: 1) Start with strong stocks 2) Get a strong entry point 3) If you buy beaten-down stocks, understand that it will take time for many of these names to recover 4) Use light positions to help from constantly getting stopped out during volatile markets 5) Make sure to manage risk and stick to a loss cutting discipline. Please keep in mind that all my guidance comes from a probabilities stand point. We are in a correction right now and I’m waiting for a SUSTAINED uptrend. Right now, the market is choppy and I’m trying to help members protect capital and minimize their frustrations. Also, defensive doesn’t mean bearish.

Today is Day 1 of a rally attempt for the Nasdaq Composite because we took out the recent 12/3 low on Monday. Although it was a strong day, it occurred on light volume telling me that the big institutions are not committing capital for a sustained move. Just be patient and defensive. Things can turn around quickly and I will always keep a watch list for you. As soon as more signs of health show up, I will pass them along to members.
