Market Summary:
After a Follow Through Day (last Thursday 10/14), you don’t want to see any significant distribution, and you want to see continued strong price action. So far, we got an accumulation day last Friday, a strong day on Monday, more accumulation on Tuesday, and a pause day on light volume on Wednesday. Bottom line, the price action has been strong since the FTD and I continue to expect the market to be strong into year-end. Does this mean we will go straight up? Of course not. I am still expecting normal shakeouts and pullbacks along the way. For example, after this 1,000 point move in the Nasdaq Composite over the past 2-3 weeks, some consolidation and digestion over the next few days would be expected. This could allow for handles to be formed and possibly provide some pullback buys on some of the stronger stocks I discuss in this video.

As always, I encourage members to make decisions based on their own timeframe and risk tolerance. I will do my best to give you exposure and visibility to what I’m doing, but ultimately, making decisions on your own and working on a plan that fits your personality is what will help you build confidence over the long run. I plan on staying approximately 70-90% invested over the near-term. Of course, if any warning signs show up, I will pass them along to you and reduce exposure. For now, I want to keep things simple, ride this trend, and stick to the strongest stocks I can find. Good luck for the remainder of the week!
