Market Summary:
I am still expecting volatility over the near-term. In this video (around the 3:55 mark), I present an annual chart of seasonality from Goldman Sachs research. It shows that the current seasonal weakness lasts from approximately September 17th until October 17-22. I also present three possible scenarios from here. Either way, expect continued volatility over the next 2-3 weeks. If you are a trader, some ways to minimize volatility include using lighter positions and using cash as a position.

After we get through this seasonal weak time, I am still expecting a strong fourth quarter rally. The Fed is still on the side of market bulls and there are may stocks that continue to act well. During pullbacks/corrections, I like to focus on relative strength. In this video, I discuss many growth stocks that are holding up very well so far. As always, know your timeframe, get strong entry points, and manage risk with your positions. If you have any questions, the next webinar will be during the week.
