Not much has changed over the past two weeks. The market is showing incredible resilience. The major indexes are above their key moving averages and there’s very little distribution. The biggest negative continues to be this bullish sentiment. That doesn’t necessarily mean the market has to drop, it simply means that we will likely continue to see shakeouts along the way to “shakeout” the recent bullish sentiment. Monday of this week was a perfect example when the Nasdaq Composite dropped over 230 points in the first hour of trading. By having some cash available, it helps you cushion the drop when these shakeouts happen and it also allows you to put money to work if some stocks drop to key support levels (such as the 21-day EMA or the 10-week moving average).

In this video, I discuss a more focused group of stocks. I’ve been getting great feedback from the members and I’m trying to do my best to accommodate people’s suggestions. Many members seem to want less education and more trading ideas with concrete examples of how I am trading them. Please let me know if you like this format better. I welcome your feedback via email.
