Just to review what I have discussed in recent videos, I view the pullback we had in September as a normal 8-12% correction within an overall uptrend. I am basing this interpretation on three factors: 1) The price action of stocks 2) The Fed and 3) Sentiment. Over the past two weeks, I have increased my exposure and I remain bullish and constructive on this market. I still think we could be in a range over the near-term but I don’t see any SUSTAINED downside from here. Also, the fourth quarter is seasonally and traditionally a strong period for the stock market. For people who like to be tactical over the short-term, next week is the week of regular cycle options expiration (OpEx), which tends to lean bullish for the market. As always, if you are not comfortable with the market and dealing with too many fears, I suggest using smaller than normal positions to help overcome your fears and to help build your confidence.
