In last weekend’s video, I discussed the positive and negative signs in the market. So far this week, many positive signs have improved. Specifically, there’s no distribution so far this week, many of the leaders have firmed up around their key technical levels, and the Fed reiterated its easy monetary policy today. That’s why I always stress for everyone to know their own timeframe. Also, when any possible warning signs show up, I will always lean towards the defensive side to do my best to protect people. Of course, we’re not out of the woods yet, but I did notice many more setups while going through my stock screens tonight. After the market close on Thursday, some of the largest tech companies will report earnings (AMZN, FB, GOOGL, AAPL). I will mostly be focused on AMZN. If for any reason the market gaps down on Friday, I would look to add to positions for a possible rebound on Monday. Not only have the majority of Monday’s been strong recently, but it is also the first trading day of the month when a lot of retirement money gets put to work by mutual funds. Again, this is more for people who are short-term and possibly like to make tactical plays. Good luck for the remainder of the week and I will let you know the exact date and time of the next Stock Screening Webinar in Saturday’s video.
