Market Summary:
The message is the same: stay defensive and be patient. As I’ve said since early April, I am not expecting any SUSTAINED upside until the Fed stops or at least pauses their current rate-hiking cycle. So far this week, we saw a distribution day on Tuesday and another one today on Wednesday. The institutions are still selling and you don’t want to fight that right now. I prefer members keep some cash on hand for better opportunities later this year. I encourage you to make the decision for HOW MUCH cash to keep based on your investment objectives and overall plan. If you are inclined to trade, PLEASE keep things light as I am expecting a move lower over the next few weeks. For the new members, the focus list provided are stocks I like over the next 6-12 months, but please keep things light if you are going to trade. Most stocks still need time to form proper bases. There will be no webinar this weekend, as I want everyone to enjoy their long holiday weekend. I will keep you posted as soon as I finalize the date for the next webinar. Thank you and good luck for the remainder of the week.
